Check out your feed

When you open the app, you’ll see your feed filled with surveys just for you. Brands are interested in hearing from a variety of people, so not everyone will see the same surveys. For example, a survey about shaving beards will only show up for males. Surveys can fill up fast, so it’s a good idea to start as soon as you can.

Tap to start a survey

To begin, tap on the image of the survey you’re interested in. Make sure to read the details before you start. We’ll let you know if we need a photo or video and how long the survey will take.

Take your time

In the survey, take your time to read the questions and instructions thoroughly. We review all your answers, so avoid short responses. Detailed answers are more likely to get approved and paid.

Quality matters

Sometimes, we’ll need to check if you qualify for a survey. If you don’t qualify, don’t worry. There will be more surveys available in your feed soon.

Clear photos and videos

If a survey asks for a photo, make sure it’s clear and bright. The same goes for videos, which also need to have clear sound without background noise. Quality is key!

Get approved and paid

After you complete a survey, we’ll review it to ensure it meets our standards. If everything looks good, you’ll get paid within 48 hours of approval. If your submission is rejected, you can check the Activity tab in the app to see why and learn how to improve next time.
